APE COBALTO is an apartment renovation in the Lavapiés neighborhood of Madrid, where limited floor area inspires a careful approach to spatial design. The proposal transforms constraints into possibilities through subtle changes in door openings and partitions, optimizing flow and functionality. Natural materials, soft tones, and organic textures anchor the project in a calm, human scale, while compact solutions allow comfort and individuality to coexist.

The palette is defined by neutral surfaces and deep cobalt accents, reinforcing the identity of the space and giving character to its modest proportions.
